About Karen Murphy

Over the past six years, I have comfortably and adeptly worked remotely as part of the ITSM and HRIS teams where I had the pleasure of working with an energetic and dynamic team of individuals. Additionally, I have had great success and efficiency working with individuals globally within a large corporation. My background includes a long-time career in the Telecommunications industry where I had the opportunity to participate in the interview process, developing training content, project management and led global standardization. In 2014, I achieved my ITIL v3 Foundations and proceeded to work in process management within ServiceNow which included Problem, Incident, and Change Management. My focus most recently has been Request Management where I specialized in requirements gathering, leasing between customers and developers, QA testing and following through until implementation.
