Karen Petersen has partnered with various colleagues, teams, and clients over her 20-year career with Randstad, most recently as the Vice President, Business Services. The Business Services function was expanded within the North America Center for Business Optimization to optimize the business performance of our HR Solutions delivery models in North America and partner strategically with our Global Shared Service Centers. Karen is responsible for developing a world-class operating model, leveraging best practices from all of the company’s business lines, including RPO, MSP, Payroll Solutions and RCS (Randstad Corporate Services), to ensure consistency and quality, resulting in high NPS scores and optimum client SLA performance.Before her Business Services role, Karen was Vice President of Randstad Sourceright's Talent360 function focusing on the entire lifecycle of the company’s internal and external resources, including training, employee experience, mobility, and employee services. Karen specializes in operations, talent acquisition, learning and development, project management, governance, P&L management, reporting and analysis, and virtual team leadership. Her guiding principles are to approach each day to add value to every relationship and interaction, personally and professionally.
