Alongside my leadership career, I am a BTF-qualified triathlon Coach and I am working to complete EMCC accreditation for professional coaching. I focus on helping individuals unlock their potential through structured training, resilience-building, and a performance mindset. Coaching has reinforced my belief in the power of data-driven decision-making, goal-setting, and continuous improvement, principles I apply in both sport and leadership. I am a qualified level 5 coach, looking to develop coaching and mentoring to promote transformational change and career progression.
