About Karen Seketa

I believe the best leaders are learners first. Open to truth, courageous in feedback, and committed to helping others grow. With over 30 years of experience leading people and culture across marketing, staffing, and pharmaceutical industries, I’ve learned that leadership development isn’t about a title—it’s about self-awareness, accountability, and connection. As SVP of Talent at Element Three, I’ve built leadership systems that transform potential into performance. From launching the E3 Leadership Academy to coaching executives through change, my focus is on helping leaders and teams communicate better, decide faster, and build trust that lasts. I’m passionate about guiding individuals through the messy middle of growth where real transformation happens. My coaching integrates emotional intelligence, behavioral frameworks like DISC, and strategic business acumen to help leaders align who they are with what their organizations need. If you’re interested in growing as a leader, building a more connected team, or exploring how culture can be your competitive advantage, let’s connect.
