As the AgLearn Branch Chief at the USDA, I lead the technology and strategy behind the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless delivery of online and instructor-led training for agency employees nationwide. I manage SaaS solutions such as Totara Learning, Skillsoft, and LinkedIn Learning, customizing two million training sessions annually to enhance workforce engagement and performance. I have over 9 years of experience in leading key enhancements to the AgLearn LMS, providing platform leadership, overseeing training initiatives, and managing strategic vendor partnerships. I have also implemented operational improvements that strengthened system functionality and enhanced user engagement. I am passionate about driving strategic planning and expansion efforts, continuously evolving AgLearn’s capabilities to support both internal and external customers. I hold a Program/Project Management Senior Level Certification and a Contracting Officer Representative Level 3 Certification from the Federal Acquisition Certification Academy.
