I have found the best profession in the world. Non-profit management and development allows me to use all of my people skills, analytic and budgeting prowess, creativity and sense of humor.(We gotta have fun, right?) My personal super power is maximizing potential in non-profits. No matter how well-organized or well-managed, every organization has capacity for growth. I not only map the path, but implement and follow-up on all minute details as well. I am skilled at finding out what the association wants and finding ways to provide those needs while maximizing profit, potential, sponsorships and membership. Call it fundraising, development, marketing, leadership - it's all the same thing. We can only grow by becoming expansive. So expand. Share. And reach out and let others help you.
