I’m a trauma informed behavioral coach helping people design a life that is more embodied, intuitive and present for almost 20 years. As a somatic expert, professional dancer and award winning choreographer, I’m passionate about creating spaces for people to feel safe and empowered in their bodies. I’ve performed as a dancer with leading music artists like Rick Ross and Kanye West, with numerous concert dance companies and scaled high-rise urban structures with a site specific aerial dance company. I’ve worked on 2 Emmy winning productions and choreographed over 100 pieces for tv, film and stage. I trained in Cognitive Behavioral Coaching with Oxford Psychologists, have degrees in Psychology and Dance Performance/Choreography, studied Dance Therapy and Laban/Bartenieff Movement Analysis.
