About Kari Cain

I greatly enjoy helping anyone fulfill their needs, weather it be helping them to book travel, troubleshoot an issue they may be having with a specific item or website, providing the best customer service possible, marketing the brand for the company in which I am employed at, training employees or potential employees, and provide the most positive work environment possible. I was able to help a company that I work for grow tremendously by, having a positive attitude, providing additional training to current employees, reaching out to coworkers and asking their opinions on what we could do to make coming to work a much better place to be at, doing events for the employees/coworkers to show our appreciation for their time and dedication to the company. I also passed that same experience onto the customers as well. I set goals to make sure that any customer who worked with that company to have the best experience possible, have the security in knowing we would go above and beyond to provide them with what they were wanting, and to achieve that goal as close to, exactly, or exceeded their expectations.
