Business Management Student | Aspiring HR ProfessionalI am a driven business management student at Bowling Green State University with a strong interest in Human Resources. I am on track to graduate in December 2024 and am actively looking for new opportunities. Throughout my academic journey at BGSU, I have gained a well-rounded business understanding through classes such as business ethics, economics, legal business, and analytics. I have taken a special interest in classes such as Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Managing the Employment Process where I have further developed my Human Resource passion. Beyond the classroom, I was able to carry my education into a Human Resource internship last summer at Owens Corning’s world headquarters. As the Corporate HR intern, I was able to expand my knowledge on learning and development, interviews, recruitment, performance metrics, and much more that I would love to connect and share more about. I am eager to leverage my academic background beyond the classroom experience and extracurricular involvement to launch a successful career in Human Resources.I am a highly motivated individual with a strong desire to make a real impact on the organization I work for someday.
