I am most comfortable and enjoy working on programs that start with hard and big problems to solve, lots of complexity and ambiguity, as this is where the fun starts. I especially excel at bridging the communication gaps between life science regulatory experts, quality assurance, data/research scientists & those in software development such as solution architects, software & data engineers, quality engineers & DevSecOps. This is not simple, as each expertise has their own terminology & risks to mitigate, making a “requirement”, not always a “requirement” and a “validation test” sometime much more than a “validation test”. The words, plans and outcomes can all depend on your background, perspective and the ability of leadership to gain alignment and clarity that all are speaking the same language and focused on the same user needs. I am a lifelong learner with a driven passion to dive deep into topics and subjects that advance my growth as a leader & technologist.
