I have a unique experience and skill set not seen in many executives. I have worked in medical and behavioral specialties, pediatrics through geriatrics, opened new units and hospitals, and not only survived but thrived after multiple regulatory inquiries. With high emotional intelligence, integrity, and curiosity, I instill and grow psychological safety leading to trust and a high-value work environment. Operationally, I have a long history of successfully managing and meeting financial outcomes and improving quality metrics.
