About Kari Jensen

My name is Kari Jensen and I’m with Encore Group at United Real Estate Solutions. I am a professional who thrives on building relationships with team members and members of my community. I immensely enjoy connecting with new people and cultivating meaningful, lasting relationships. I consistently challenge myself to learn and grow both personally and professionally. Growing up in a military family and moving constantly taught me the value of flexibility, determination, and discipline. I consider my growth mindset, ability to adapt quickly, and pursuit of excellence my personal competitive advantage. I am passionate about my work in achieving excellence in all I do. I am extremely attentive to detail and have the ability to analyze programs and find creative ways to make them more effective. My greatest responsibility is coaching and mentoring the teammates around me while helping propel them to success through more effective mindsets and goals. In my personal life, my faith is very important to me and I enjoy music, being outdoors, and creating new things with art or design. I am grateful to have friendships that I would consider family, and have been able to grow exponentially because of them. Through their support and encouragement, I able able to pursue greatness in all that I work towards. Let’s connect! You can reach me directly at: EncoreGroupKari@gmail.com
