As a manager at Valmet, I lead a team of specialists who provide global and local support for various business lines and areas in quality control, calibration, measurement, documentation, and development projects. With over 20 years of experience in leading people and processes, I have successfully delivered results that meet or exceed the customer demand and the company goals, while managing budgets ranging from three figures to millions of euros. I am passionate about learning new things and applying them to improve the operations and performance of my department and the organization. I have gained skills and knowledge in ERP, continuous improvement, management, and Lean through Valmet training programs. I am also interested in exploring the potential of big data, process improvement, product development, and signal processing. I enjoy working independently and collaboratively, and I value the feedback and input of my peers and stakeholders. My mission is to achieve operational excellence by eliminating waste, increasing efficiency, and enhancing quality.
