About Kari Parker

I am people orientated, highly motivated, and a team player. I began my career in public accounting with KPMG as a full-time auditor. During this time, I performed financial statement audits, determined the timeline of engagements, planned the audit, established and maintained relationships with clients, supervised and trained new staff, as well as performed the control and substantive testwork, drafted financials statements and finalized engagements. I continued on with my career into the private side of the business as the CFO for Wendy's of Montana. In this role I reported directly to the President and was involved in the strategic planning and management of the company. I was responsible for the day-to-day planning, implementation, and controlled all financial related activities of the company. I oversaw and performed as necessary, all accounting, finance, and strategic planning for the company. I am currently with Sysco Montana as the VP of Finance and CFO. I am responsible for establishing and executing the Profit Plan and Key Initiatives, analyzing operating results, controllership, forecasting, accurately reporting results, oversee internal controls, including expense control, and period end accounting. I am also directly responsible for credit management and inventory control. I support the Leadership Team at Sysco, including the President, regarding financial results and initiatives and key actions necessary to affect the financial results and achieve shareholder expectations.
