Since transitioning from education to corporate training in 2022, I have focused on transforming complex programs, initiatives, and events into seamless, purpose-driven experiences. At Lansing Building Products, I advanced from Training Coordinator to Training Specialist by demonstrating strong organizational skills, a problem-solving mindset, and collaborative communication ability, while managing details that consistently deliver meaningful outcomes. In my role, I manage LMS reporting to provide leaders with actionable insights, coordinate the internal Mentor Program, and develop and distribute brand-aligned training materials. I also create training materials, communications, and resources for the annual performance review cycle, ensuring associates and managers have the guidance and tools they need throughout the process. Additionally, I play a key role in planning and executing major company events, including the National Meeting Vendor Showcase and National Meetings, where I lead Cvent management and collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless execution. By aligning every detail with the purpose behind each initiative, I ensure programs, events, and communications run smoothly and deliver meaningful results for associates, leaders, and stakeholders alike. With a foundation in English and education, I bring advanced communication, analytical, and organizational skills to every project.
