I am the co-owner of The V.I.B.E. promotional company which specializes in upper scale, professional boxing events in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. With a combined experience level of 20 years in the sport of boxing, 15 years in business operations, and 12 years in sales and marketing, the staff at The V.I.B.E. Promotions has created a winning team. Networking capabilities include East Coast and Mid West connections which enhance The V.I.B.E’s ability to select quality, professional boxers to ensure the success of each event. These days we are concentrating on the “1st Annual Fight for Life – Professional Boxing in the Ballroom” event will be held on August 16, 2008 at the Renaissance Waterside Hotel and Conference Center in Portsmouth, Virginia The seating capacity of the ballroom is 1,200 and we fully anticipate the event to take place in front of a sold out crowd. The Renaissance will be providing food and beverages for consumer purchase as well as wait staff to serve spectators located in the VIP section. The event will consist of six bouts to include a main event which will showcase quality, local boxers competing against out-of-town talent.
