My current position as a Sr. Administrative Analyst Range B involves overseeing budget staff and contract Manager. I am responsible for an extremely complex budget with multiple revenue streams including Federal grants, State and local funding totaling in excess of $330 million dollars. Position Control, HR, On Boarding and recruitment oversight for over 610 full time employes.I have a strong background and extensive experience in enforcement, ethics, integrity. I excel in defining, measuring and increasing productivity. I deal effectively with resistance to change and demonstrate an ability to overcome both internal and exterior barriers. I have provided top management and executive staff with valid and reliable information for human resources. I am very proficient in writing manuals, policies, and procedures. I can ensure cost-efficient assignment of employees, optimizing productivity while effectively handling conflict in a diplomatic and tactful manner. Strongly focused on continuous cost reduction without sacrificing quality. I am a subject matter expert in the FI, MM, HR and Plant Maintenance modules in SAP Compass Production environments.
