About Karianne Kvalen

YOGA: With over 10 years of experience as a yoga teacher and a singer, I combine my passion for wellness and creativity in my work. I am a certified yoga instructor from Three Sisters Yoga, a registered yoga school in New York City. I specialise in Vinyasa based classes, but my offerings expand beyond that - including Yin, Power, Aroma Flow, and Restorative yoga styles. I offer corporate, studio, and private yoga classes in and around London - creating bespoke sessions that align with my client's needs, values and goals. I am constantly expanding my knowledge within the vast world of yoga and wellness to assist in the best way I can. I believe yoga is for everyone, and that it can have a huge impact on people's wellbeing in the workplace. Baby Massage, Baby Yoga and Infant Mental Health: I am the co-founder of Kapi Community, a parenting community which includes classes and resources for expecting and current parents + carers. Pregnancy Yoga: I am currently (November 2024) completing my Pre & Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training with Toni Osborne. MUSIC: I have performed at countless venues across the UK and internationally, and spent many years working onboard cruise ships. I now specialise in weddings and events. I am self contained with a PA system that has an up to date PAT certificate + full equipment needed, including basic lighting. My repertoire ranges from laid back / chill songs to upbeat party songs that will get everyone on the dance floor!
