Proven success in multinational environments, leading finance operations across the MEA and GCC regions with deep expertise in IFRS, FP & A, corporate governance, internal controls, and tax planning. Holding an MBA in Global Finance & Banking, I am also a member of the Egyptian Society for Public Finance and Taxes. My approach combines analytical rigor with strategic foresight, aiming to drive sustainable growth and value creation.I have hands-on expertise mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital restructuring including financial due diligence, deal structuring, and post-merger integration. I’m also well-versed in company valuation methods such as discounted cash flow (DCF), EBITDA multiples, and asset-based approaches helping guide investment decisions and enhance shareholder value.Currently serving as CFO at Ostool for Transport and Logistics, one of Egypt’s largest logistics and trading companies, I lead the full finance function — including strategic financial planning, cash management, governance, systems enhancement, and driving profitability across business units. Previously, I served as Group CFO at Momentum Investment Group (Dubai), where I oversaw financial strategy, governance, and investment decisions across diversified business units. Earlier in my career, I led the finance shared services for 32 companies at SESCO Group, and spent 15 years at Titan Cement International in roles ranging from Accounting Section Head and FP & A & Controlling Manager to Group Finance Department Senior Manager.I’m passionate about building high-performing teams, supporting executive decision-making with data-driven insights, and navigating complex financial landscapes.
