I bring together three worlds — entrepreneurship, strategic research, and corporate experience — to create value in complex, fast‑changing environments. For over two decades, I have led and grown startups and SMEs, managing multi‑million‑dollar budgets and teams of 50+ across healthcare, education, and technology. My work has been hands‑on: building products, opening new markets, forging partnerships, and steering organizations through uncertainty toward sustainable growth. My passion for strategy and entrepreneurship led to an eight‑year academic journey culminating in a DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) from the University of Liverpool, UK. My research focused on strategy formulation and implementation for small businesses, equipping me with deep expertise in strategic models and the ability to design tailored frameworks for real‑world application. Today at CIBC, I work extensively on identifying workable solutions and plans for complex problems — bringing together my research expertise, corporate experience, and entrepreneurial insight to execute them successfully. My work includes optimizing SDLC processes, applying generative AI to common practitioner use cases, conducting internal research, and monitoring technology and industry trends. I operate at the intersection of innovation, governance, and execution — equally comfortable in research, corporate strategy, or small‑business leadership contexts.
