About Karima Devautour

With Master’s degrees in International Public Health and Psychology, I specialize in implementing programs that prevent and respond to gender-based violence, and strengthen sexual and reproductive health services. Over the past five years, I have managed and supported multi-sectoral projects in Guinea, collaborating with the government, civil society organizations, and communities to develop sustainable, locally driven solutions. I have led capacity-strengthening initiatives, integrating a human right, survivor-centered, and trauma-informed approach to GBV response. I am committed to dismantle systemic barriers that perpetuate gender inequality and restrict access to essential health services. I believe in co-creating strategies that empower local actors and foster inclusive, community-led change.
