About Karima Islam

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and began my career in Bangladesh, gaining experience with two leading multinational companies: Sanofi, a pharmaceutical company and British American Tobacco (BAT), an FMCG company. At BAT, I developed expertise in supply chain management, operations, and leadership, managing teams and driving process improvements. Currently, I work with CBI Home Health in Canada, coordinating home care services across Ontario. I streamline communication between clients and care teams, manage scheduling, maintain accurate documentation, and utilize electronic medical record systems such as Alayacare and Amazon Connect to ensure efficient, high-quality care delivery. I am passionate about combining operational excellence with client-focused service and continuously seek opportunities to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact.
