About Karin Andersson

I'm an interior designer based in Stockholm, being the owner of the interior design studio KAi where I also practise furniture design, graphic design, photography & illustration at a smaller scale. My expertise includes over 9 years of experience within the design field and my ethos is to produce well communicated modern spaces with engaging and unique designs of high standard. That both benefit the client, the business and the users of the interior space. Whilst having worked as both an employed and as a freelance interior designer, I have gathered a broad knowledge and gained a variety of different skills within my profession, as well as developed a flexible & productive work ethic. The opportunity to study and work in two different countries has also helped me develop an understanding of the myriad of different cultures within architecture and design. I strive daily to learn about new methods, innovative materials and techniques as education is of high importance to me, and to keep up to date with new design ideas inspire me to take on my next challenge. My current goal is to continue advancing my interior design knowledge by continuously learning from inspiring people.
