In Karin’s most recent role as the Account Director for the Santander account, she led a Project Management team responsible for all phases of Retail Branch design and construction. Karin overhauled the existing project delivery operation and implemented new processes for this client including status reports, weekly meetings, project management best practices, compliance and change control, and design review and closeout.
