My journey has always been about embracing the unique. Diagnosed with dyslexia as a child, I discovered that my true educational sanctuary was not in traditional classrooms but in listening to visionaries on campus. This insight is the bedrock of CreateXChange, where we prioritize active engagement over passive consumption. My creative spark was kindled in my youth, surrounded by the iconic Volkswagen ads at my father’s dealership. This world of imaginative storytelling led me to study Industrial Design at the University of the Arts, focusing on designs that resonated with women and children, driven by my unique perspective. Living in Europe, embracing motherhood, and eventually founding CreateXChange broadened my view, teaching me the value of heart-led decisions. Our platform merges business with creativity, advocating that true company values need real-world expression. We create spaces for renowned thinkers to inspire profound, authentic transformation within organizations. My ability to process information through listening, shaped by my dyslexia, has been crucial in my approach to both design and learning.
