Today we work in a world that has transitioned into future state, where workplace practices need to be scalable, flexible, agile, and adaptable with the ability to create efficient engagements. Work/life balance is key, companies are adaptable to change and we trust our teams to work from home when needed to provide stability to family life. The “how” of work is all about delivering results effectively and looking within our organisations to elevate existing teams or build new teams that deliver results that are outcomes focused to meet this evolution of change. As a leader I like to maximise contribution not control, inspiring teams to take ownership, creating communities and putting culture first in every action and program I lead. My internal compass and skills is to: • promote empathy • create awareness • support emotional intelligence • provide ongoing coaching • consistently mentoring individuals and teams • and providing positive guidance in a timely feedback My background is telecoms/technology and now the industrial and safety market across all categories. I have motivated, coached and lead teams, big and small. Built channels from inception for network operators, delivered outstanding results through inclusive team engagement and successfully owned my own business for 7 years providing services and change management to retail and franchisee’s. I am human in my approach and a business leader by heart, requiring results through collaborative and effective inclusive management style. Wanting my team to be enthusiastic, energetic and have a passion for what they do daily as this drives results.
