Industry leader with over ten years experience in the Oil and Gas sector both in Upstream and Downstream business. Proven track record in developing data and digital strategy to accelerate our digital transformation. Technical experience include identifying and maturing opportunities in frontier and mature areas such as Pre-salt Brazil, Mexico, Colombia and the North Sea. I have a proven track record of high technical performance, commercial mindset and ability to think strategically. Delivered commercial strategy & V2V evaluations for the Brazil and Colombia (Country Strategy was presented at the EC level IG & Expl) assets. I successfully lead large and complex digitalization projects, e.g. Shell Data Universe with a large multidisciplinary team of up to 12 IT professionals, data scientists and data architects which delivered internal software which impacts the way subsurface staff work currently. I settled vision, goals, tracked project progress and empowered team members to achieve results. I aim to deliver value through the team, and I thrive in multidisciplinary and multicultural working environments.
