My career has spanned many industries, from technology to healthcare to financial services, but at each turn it’s been my mission to make a positive difference, help others to capitalize on their strengths and tackle the tough, often ambiguous challenges that stand in the way of success. As the leader of the customer success organization, my focus is aligning my global team to support a diverse customer base, using the latest technologies to monitor and deliver our services, and supporting the growth and financial goals of the business. My team routinely outperforms against our revenue targets, is continually increasing our customer satisfaction, and we have some of the industry’s highest employee retention rates. I feel an immense amount of gratitude for my team and the success we’ve achieved together. Lead by Listening First, Then Taking Action. My best days are when I can listen, be curious and observe how customer value is delivered and identify where there are gaps that we can solve. Nothing inspires me more.
