A Rhode Island Native (born and raised in Newport), I joined an established real estate company in 2006 after many years as a legal assistant for a prestigious local law firm. During that time, I primarily focused my attention in the real estate department working closely with real estate agents, mortgage brokers and lenders, closing attorneys, town clerks, state agencies, and most importantly, the clients. I discovered a true passion for the real estate industry and my desire and thirst for more knowledge and experience led me to obtaining my real estate license. In 2013, I saw an opportunity to grow my business further and deliver exceptional service under a new team business model. I am a proud team member of the Newport Living Group of Lila Delman Compass. As an Aquidneck Island Resident, I can offer a unique interpretation of today's ever-changing market along with a strong network of local resources to assist both Buyers and Sellers in all phases of their transaction. I take great pride listening to my client's goals, needs, and time frames, while working vigorously behind the scenes to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience. I have a deep and broad understanding of the local market and conditions. I have been putting that knowledge to work for my clients for 16 years as a real estate professional focusing in Newport County and coastal Rhode Island. I am an award-winning multi-million dollar producer with a solid track record in sales and rentals and a proven performance in exceeding the expectations of my clients. I am probably most proud of my Quality Service Awards. With over in sold dollar volume in 2021, the Newport Living Group ranks as one of the top ten sales teams in Rhode Island. We had over 34 sold transactions and 65 closed rentals across Rhode Island and Massachusetts. We were also awarded the prestigious Compass Entrepreneurship Principal Award in 2021. I am the past chairwoman of the Newport County Board of Realtors Scholarship Committee. Being a full-time Realtor is my career. Over the years, I have enhanced my real estate knowledge by obtaining multiple designations to better serve my clients. They include the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Seller's Representative Specialist (SRS), and the Military Relocation Professional (MRP).
