I currently work at PrettyLittleThing.com as a Lead Stylist and Creative and I have worked here for 8 years. This role is largely focussed on creative and styling for ecomm and campaign. I help project manage creative briefs from concept to completion. I am an enthusiastic and hard working individual with a vast amount of experience working in a fast paced fashion company. Skilled in the areas of project management, team work, communication, time management, people management and creative ideation-Support, motivate and lead the in-house studio team and also our LA studio team -Lead creative concepts and bring them to life from initial ideas to final outcome -Organise the weekly rota, booking external freelancers for hair and makeup and assigning stylists to shoots -Help project manage all shoot briefs from concept to completion -Work closely with the Creative Team, Brand team, Sample Team, Model Booking Team, Styling Team, Buying Teams -In-charge of online image selection -Work on all product emails for the brand ensuring I am focussed on all the trends our customer is loving and ensuring content is focussed on this Constant research for the brand to ensure we are one step ahead and a consistent brand ambassador for the company -Weekly meetings with LA, UK, creative, model, buying and sample teams -Keeping a positive and friendly attitude at all times -Manage the day to day of the team including staff holidays, staff absences and basic HR purposes -Ensure campaigns are executed well and in-line with brand -good support for brand directors and creative directors
