About Karin Obrien

Director of Operations for a top leading Nail Dipping Powder company. My role is to ensure the efficient operation of our manufacturing facility which includes production, safety, security, product development, quality control, production documentation, and management of personnel. Employee focus, retention, and driving teams to over perform, achieve, and create new goals is a strength. My approach to almost everything I do is with rational and logic, taking in everything I learn with a literal, concrete fashion. I am performance driven and excel in leading a team to achieve and exceed key performance indicators.
