About Karin Stenberg

During my years as a physiotherapist, I have worked in several different departments / clinics in hospitals such as the medical clinic, the emergency centre, the thoracic intensive care unit and the lung & allergy clinic. I have the most solid expertise and clinical experience in respiratory care, Non invasive ventilation and care of people with COPD are the areas I was most driven on. However, I am interested in any form of care that highlights the assets of the person and supports self-care to the greatest extent possible. It is important for me to drive the business forward and work on quality improvement. The benefit of our services to the person is important to me. I am passionate about making a difference to each individual and helping individuals to achieve their own goals, with the aim of being as active and independent as possible. Yet during the pandemic, it became more clear to me how important it is to be able to help people where they are and to make care easily accessible to everyone, even the most fragile. I find all the new ways of facilitating and forcing this goal exciting.
