Throughout my career, I have worked in complex projects and leadership assignments, always including international and cross-functional responsibility, which have given me a broad experience and developed my leading capabilities. To lead change to improve internal efficiency and support sustainable market development opportunities, while keeping employee motivation high is a key challenge. Having an firm process view, I believe in cross-functional approaches with clear targets on drivers towards set goals. Investment projects at Trafikförvaltningen includes, as public actor, to efficiently balance and integrate multiple technologies, manage a variety of and complex business relations, protect public funding and ensure safety and environmental targets. My aim is to lead the department for Investment projects towards a position where our professionalism in public procurement, project management and collaboration and negotiaition skills with public and private actors are acknowledged as best practice, which is needed to succeed in large scale infrastructure development. The foundation of my work practices comes from many yeras experience at Ericsson, where large development projects and customer implementation methods serve as best practice. I developed my expertise in business relations by managing the portfolio of sustainble energy and public private relations with governments and society by leading global projects within the area of corporate responsibility and human rights management. Early on I learned people and change management from working with organisational devlopment specialists Recomate AB who base there management consultancy on Gestalt therapy and the Swedish Quality Award criteria.
