About Karin Ulstad

I have many years of customer service, having worked in a sales industry for over seven years. I worked at Anderson's Bookshop while in college, and once I graduated, I worked at Green Garden Country Club and Body Tech Total Fitness. Providing for the customer and making sure their experience was memorable and enjoyable were two main goals. While working at DMG MORI, I was responsible for making sure our customers felt welcome and at home within our business. I ordered catering for meetings and trainings, set up conference rooms with coffee and snack service, and made sure conference rooms were clean and organized for clients. I also have experience with customers on the phone. While working at both DMG MORI and Xerox, I took calls from customers, answered their questions professionally, directed their phone calls to the appropriate department, and assisted in making sure they were getting the best possible deal. I also was certified for CPR/First Aide both as a requirement at Elim Christian School and voluntarily at DMG MORI. I also was certified in Group Yoga voluntarily at Body Tech Total Fitness, and received my paraprofessional certification while working at Elim Christian School.
