I really enjoy working with entrepreneurs and business owners. After several years in higher education teaching management concepts and working with students on career readiness, I am returning to the field and working as a strategic planning consultant. It is exciting to explore new business opportunities and adapt proven services to new market segments. Equal to student success, it is important to have readiness strategies in place and monitor progress through balanced metrics. Throughout my corporate career, I have hired, trained, and promoted talent. As an entrepreneur, I started a volunteer resource management company and successfully built volunteer programs with over 700 volunteers for major sport events in Southwest Florida. For any marketing strategy and event to have long-term success, it is important to engage with the community. My specialty is analyzing complex organizational needs and objectives and successfully delivering results by combining strategic planning with implementation skills. I rely on building effective partnerships in the business community and achieve results based on executing plans that support business goals. Effective communication, mobilizing and motivating are my key strengths.
