I am a business-oriented HR professional with a proven record of accomplishment from international surroundings. I have experience with HR system implementation and maintenance, HR processes and policies, partnering with management and coaching of leaders in general, change management, payroll, training, recruitment and on-boarding as well as other HR core activities. Having previously also worked with sales and account management in international corporations, I am well acquainted with the many aspects of business organisations and office administration. Throughout my career, I have gravitated towards work areas, where I have the possibility to exert influence and am able to use my talent for being innovative and thinking out of the box, preferably in international surroundings. My knowledge of operational challenges and my general knowledge of Danish laws and regulations governing the HR area make me a competent sparring partner.
