About Karina Bustos

I am the Director of Human Resources at AKVA group SBI, a pioneering company in aquaculture solutions, where I lead the human resources management area for the Americas, Oceania and the Mediterranean. I have almost 20 years of experience in human resources, both in commercial, retail, service, and productive companies, as well as in organizational consulting. My mission is to help people be part of something bigger so they never feel isolated or rejected in their careers and professional lives. I focus on organizational development, job structure design, internal communications, work environment, performance management, training and personnel, and compensation administration to do this. In addition, I have certifications in Storytelling for leadership, Stress management in times of uncertainty, and 7 habits of highly effective people, which allow me to enhance my communication, my resilience and my effectiveness as a leader and as a facilitator.
