I’m an Account Manager with solid experience in marketing communication, project management, and campaign execution across multiple industries—from technology, banking, skincare, to FMCG. My strength lies in orchestrating cross-division collaboration (creative, ATL, BTL, digital, e-commerce) to ensure every project achieves its goals. At Endee Communications, I work closely with clients in the technology, skincare, construction, maritime, and household industries. My role goes beyond client servicing: I help clients design launch strategies (including events, sales strategy, and content) while also supporting my team in pitching and winning new accounts. Previously at Thinkerbold Creative Lab, I maintained long-term partnerships with a global bank as their master agency, ensuring seamless delivery of year-round SOW through close coordination with vendors, internal teams, and client stakeholders. I also managed FMCG campaigns and worked on flagship projects for VIVO, balancing budget management with opportunities to increase billing. Beyond account management, I enjoy being involved in video and content production, voice-over projects, and YouTube content, as well as supporting strategy discussions to generate fresh insights and creative ideas for brands.
