I’ve contributed to leading large-scale initiatives, launching internal tools, and aligning cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. With a foundation in program management, content strategy, and communications, my work lives at the intersection of content, technology, and people with a focus on creating systems that empower creativity, reduce friction, and scale impact. I’ve spearheaded a article knowledge migration, built taxonomies used company-wide, and applied prompt engineering and LLMs to automate content flow, which enabled faster, more accurate decision-making. But my impact extends beyond knowledge systems. I’ve partnered with product, support, and HR to launch high-impact programs, streamline workflows, and coach teams to take ownership of what they build. Whether it’s a bot, a taxonomy, a strategy, or a team, I’m energized by zero-to-one challenges and scaling what works. I also lead with people in mind - launching org-wide performance programs, chairing accessibility ERGs, and delivering talks that advance inclusion in the workplace and beyond. What’s next? I’m focused on leading programs that shape how people work and connect, while growing into program and people management roles where I can build both systems and culture.
