I never thought I’d be running my own marketing agency at 24. The plan was simple: graduate from the University of Miami, work as a marketing coordinator at my dad’s IT staffing firm, gain experience, and maybe start something of my own. eventually. But growing up around an entrepreneur changes you. The vision, the hustle, the risks.I saw it all from the front row. And without realizing it, I was already preparing to build something of my own. I’m Karina, founder of Social-Kraft. What started as a side idea in high school became a full-blown agency while I pursued my MBA. We’re now a global team helping brands lead with story, not just strategy, working with Fortune 500 companies, and building a culture where mental health walks matter as much as client calls. Social-Kraft was built on the belief that the best marketing doesn’t feel like marketing, it feels like connection. I also co-host Next in Line, a podcast I started with my dad to pay it forward to the next generation of leaders like myself by sharing the real, unfiltered stories behind what it takes to build something that lasts.
