I am an administrative and office manager at RTB House, a global company that provides state-of-the-art marketing technologies for top brands worldwide. With a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from The City College of New York, I have a keen interest in understanding and celebrating diverse cultures and perspectives. I have over 6 years of experience in managing and overseeing various aspects of office operations, such as negotiating leases, maintaining inventory, coordinating staff schedules, and assisting with hiring and onboarding processes. I have also developed strong skills in communication, strategic planning, project management, and event coordination, which I apply to both my professional and personal endeavors. In addition to my administrative role, I am also the founder and baker of Karina Bakes, a home-based business that offers delicious and original desserts inspired by my Dominican heritage and American experience. Baking is not only a stress-relief hobby for me, but also a way of reconnecting with my roots and expressing my creativity. I create and manage the marketing content for my social media platforms, where I showcase my products and share my story with my customers and followers. My goal is to blend the art of baking, marketing, and management to create a sweet and successful story that celebrates culture, heritage, and professional growth.
