Karina is a results-driven professional passionate about leadership and growth. She aims to inspire younger generations to maximize their talents and positively impact others.Originally from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, she moved to the U.S. to continue her education, attending North Hennepin Community College (NHCC), where she graduated with the highest honors and served as the commencement speaker. Karina is a natural networker; while still a student, she formed a key mentorship with the President of the NHCC Foundation, leading to a valuable internship. During her internship with the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS), Karina successfully launched a chapter at her university, Metropolitan State University, impacting students in less than six months. This achievement highlights her strengths in strategic thinking and leadership. As a dynamic leader, she has empowered others through workshops on LinkedIn optimization, helping students in Colombia achieve significant career success. Her guidance has been instrumental in helping these students secure professional opportunities in the U.S. and other countries.
