About Karine Plouffe

I am a Project Manager. I am passionate about projects that bring a positive impact on the life of a community. My management practice is based on collaboration, each others' strengths, needs analysis, and the development of new ideas. I work passionately with the different actors in the community in order to build up events that foster social involvement, diversity, and cultural dynamism. In recent years I have worked with people in various fields, including arts, education, and culture. Originally from Canada (Quebec), I developed and presented public events and programs for the Campus Saint-Jean, Edmonton Public Library (Edmonton, AB), Foreman Art Gallery (Sherbrooke, Qc), International Museum of Naive Art (Magog, Qc.), and Patrimony of Sainte-Luce-sur-Mer (Sainte-Luce-sur-Mer, Qc). My work combines an interest in communication, marketing, and strategic management to promote the activities of a non-profit or educational organization. Specialties: marketing, communications, strategic management, planning, logistics, document translation from English to French / French to English.
