About Karishma Hora

Karishma is an entrepreneur and leadership search consultant with cross-functional experience in human resources and the education industry. Currently, she is leading the Education & Social Enterprise Practice at Ward Howell International in India. Alongside her role, she founded Edufundas, a teacher training company dedicated to empowering educators and enhancing student outcomes. With a strong belief in the transformative power of education, Karishma has trained over 100 teachers at TIME (Triumphant Institute of Management Education), focusing on areas such as improving student writing skills. Prior to her current role, Karishma had founded Yes Services, a company specializing in headhunting services for Retail Finance in Indian Financial Institutions and the Health Care Sector. Additionally, she designed "Learn your way," an eBook for children with learning disabilities, aimed at making learning effective, engaging, and fun-oriented. During this time, she also volunteered for Yuva Unstoppable, focusing on the education of underprivileged children.
