An optimal solution-focused individual, ardent about continuous learning and professional growth, looking at new opportunities to leverage my 8 years of Industry knowledge by pursuing my master’s in industrial engineering to expand my knowledge base. During my tenure at Honeywell Process Solutions, I collaborated with Project Engineering and the Customer Solution Centre to integrate the Experion DCS system. I led a team of technicians for seamless set-up and staging activities resulting in improved process efficiency and reduced downtime. Attaining a Six Sigma Green Belt in Honeywell, I developed data-driven engineering solutions by applying Value Stream Mapping and decision analysis tools to improve operational efficiencies and generate value for the organisation. I acquired knowledge of Microsoft Suite, SQL and Project Management Methodologies like Kaizen, Kanban, and 5S. With the drive and determination to learn and succeed in every field, I achieved Honeywell Bravo and Kaizen Awards for safety, customer focus and technical excellence. At Supertech Project & Systems, I developed and executed effective project communication strategies, resulting in improved transparency and alignment resulting in a reduction in project delays. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, I optimised project workflows and streamlined processes, driving operational efficiency.
