As an Engagement Partner, I oversee the full spectrum of Service Delivery for our Microsoft transformation services; talent capability & acquisition, training & upskilling, and our BC practice accelerator, ensuring each customer and professional receives a tailored, high-impact experience. My role spans client and candidate engagement, delivery management, and leading our Customer Service division to make sure every interaction strengthens trust and relationships. With a background in recruitment and a passion for people, I connect Microsoft businesses with the right professionals while also helping them upskill and retain their teams. The result? Stronger practices, talent retention, and the transformation strategies needed to deliver consistently in the Microsoft ecosystem.
