With over 9 years of experience in education and a M.Ed. in Learning, Design, and Technology, I have a passion for enhancing teacher pedagogy and student achievement through innovative hybrid solutions and learner engagement strategies. I leverage my expertise in data analysis and learning technology to conduct regular classroom observations, provide constructive feedback, and implement targeted interventions to improve instructional practices and curriculum implementation. I also facilitate workshops and training sessions on best practices in teaching methodologies, technology integration, and differentiated instruction.
