With over 10 years of experience in business transformation and strategy project management, including 3 years in consulting, I was a Chief of Staff at Lacoste, a global leader in luxury fashion. I worked closely with the EVP of Global Operations, a member of the Executive Committee, to define and execute the Operations strategy across various functions, such as Sourcing, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT, Finance, and HR. My expertise lies in effectively managing diverse business and strategic projects, ensuring clear comprehension of needs and constraints across teams. I am skilled in innovative project methodologies like Agile (certified as a Professional Scrum Product Owner, Lean six sigma green belt), and Design Thinking (certified by HEC Paris).
