As a business analyst at Merck, I help to deliver technological solutions to facilitate entity registration to accurately represent scientific compounds of interest across the organization. With a focus on customer success, I ensure that our solutions are designed to fit business need, and our scientists can get the data they need quickly to focus on what they do best. In my industry, patients come first. If I can help reduce our stakeholders’ pain points and the time it takes to get life-saving medicine to patients even a little, I know I have done my job.
