About Karl Maack

Primary work has been within innovation, entrepreneurship and design of new solutions with a human centered perspective. As a researcher I focus on utilisation and value creation, design and implementation, especially in life science and healthcare. I have also had several private entrepreneurial engagements, managing a MedTech Venture and several projects. I have a background and experience from working in the armed forces, salesman and projects within the entertainment industry. Personal goals are strengthening innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities in health science related environment, design and implement education directed towards healthcare, modern society and life-long learning, as well as actively partaking in designing better solutions for health care. Specialties: design, innovation, pedagogy, creative management, E-learning, knowledge based business, biomedical entrepreneurship, collaboration and administration/management of public-private activities.
